Registration
All conference papers must have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than early registration deadline (July 15, 2016). One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Early registration closes on July 15, 2016 11:59 PM JST (Japan Standard Time).
Regular registration opens from July 16 to August 25, 2016 11:59 PM JST.
On-site registration opens from September 6 to 8, 2016. Only Japanese cash is acceptable on site.

Hotel Information
The following recommended hotels are located near Ginza-itchōme(Y-19) Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line) and have excellent access to the conference venue (3 stops by Yurakucho Line or taxi about 1,800 JPY). However, the conference does not offer any special conference hotel rates. Please make your hotel reservation via websites of hotels or third-party booking websites.
